PRIVACY INFORMATION POLICY

Information concerning the processing of personal data in accordance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (June 30th 2003)

Purpose on data processing

The Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Italian Data Protection Code) makes provision for the protection of individuals and others with regard to the processing of personal data. HOTELTURIST SPA can use them for the following purposes:
• To send  catalogues and the pricelist
• Marketing and advertising action
• To send up-to-date information and promotion
• Personal data may also be communicated to other hotel and tourist products and services suppliers affiliated to Tivigest trademark for the same purposes.

The processing of personal data can be done manually or with computer and registered either on computer and on paper supports, according to the regulations and the security law in force.
The data will not be given to third parties without approval of the client
The data be preserved for said purposes and for no longer than is necessary (no longer than 5 years)

Data processing

The transmission of personal data is not compulsory; however they are necessary to supply the above service.
 

Rights of the Data Subject

A data subject shall have the right (as per section 7) to obtain:

updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration and erasure of the data by sending an email to the following address space@tivigest.com or sending a fax to +39 049 8033785.
